교회가 존재하는 이유가 무엇입니까?

 

몇 년 전 인도양에서 지진이 발생하여 큰 해일이 일어나 수만 명 이상이 죽었습니다. 또 그 몇 년 후 일본에서도 큰 지진으로 인한 쓰나미로 많은 사람이 생명과 재산의 손실을 보았습니다. 그런데 놀라운 것은, 나중에 와서 보니까 사람들의 사체는 많았지만, 야생동물의 사체는 없었다는 사실입니다. 야생동물은 지진의 진동을 미리 느껴서 대비하기 때문입니다. 사람이 지혜롭고 똑똑한 것 같아도 짐승보다 못한 부분이 많습니다. 동물들은 지진이 나기 전에 미리 옮겨갑니다. 오직 사람들이 ‘나’중심으로 눈에 보이는 것만 믿고 있다가 큰 재앙을 당하여 멸망하는 것입니다. 

짐승들은 각기 그 종류대로 지음 받았으나 창조주 하나님이 원하시는 대로 살고 있습니다. 그런데 하나님의 형상대로 지음 받은 사람이 자기 형상을 고집하며 내 생각, 내 유익, 내 고집에 묶여 어려움 당하고 있습니다. 오랫동안 부정선거를 자행했다고 의심받는 무리들에의해 대통령이 감옥에 갇혀 있으며 한국은 혼돈에 빠져있습니다. 자, 이때 우리는 무엇을 해야 할까요? 답은 간단합니다. 하나님이 가장 원하시는 것 하면 됩니다. 

 

1. 하나님이 제일 원하시는 것은 무엇일까요?

성경에 밝히 기록되어 있습니다. 성경 중에서도 가장 중요한 창세기, 그중에서도 1~3장에 기록된 내용을 보면 하나님께서 가장 원하시는 것을 쉽게 알 수 있습니다. 하나님께서는 사람을 하나님의 형상대로 지으시고 하나님의 영광을 함께 누리며 영원토록 사는 존재로 창조하사 첫 사람은 에덴동산에 살게 하셨습니다. 이때 하나님께서 원하신 것은 단 하나, 창조 언약(선악과의 언약)을 지키며 하나님의 사랑 안에 거하는 것이었습니다. 그런데 마귀의 거짓을 붙들고 하나님께 반역하여 영원한 지옥 형벌을 선고받은 것입니다. 그런데도 하나님께서는 우리를 사랑하사 “그리스도를 통하여 너희를 구원하겠다”(창세기3:15)라는 언약을 세워 주셨습니다. 누구든지 그리스도 언약을 믿고 그 고백으로 피 제사를 드리며 그리스도를 구주로 모시면 하나님과 함께하는 축복을 누리게 됩니다. 창세기 3장 사건 이후 하나님께서 우리 모든 사람에게 원하시는 것이 바로 그리스도를 통해 구원받아 하나님과 함께하는 것입니다.

 

2. 그러면 현재 지구상의 가장 큰 문제가 뭘까요?

하나님이 가장 원하시는 걸 하려고 하니까 아담 때부터 지금까지 가장 문제 되는 것이 무엇이었습니까? 그리스도 언약을 약간씩 변개시키는 마귀의 일이었습니다. 아담 목사님의 주도 아래 예배하는 모임에 아벨은 양의 첫 새끼를 피 제사로 드렸으나 가인은 피 제사는 제치고 감사예물인 땅의 소산(과일과 채소류)만으로 나아왔습니다.

‘피흘림이 없으면 죄 사함도 없다’는 사실을 무시하고 ‘나’중심의 원죄 상태 그대로, 내 이름으로 하나님 앞에 나아오면 더더욱 저주와 재앙이 임하는 것입니다. 오죽했으면 동생 아벨을 돌로 쳐 죽였겠습니까. 가인은 마귀에게 속아 ‘나’라는 우상을 붙들고 잘살아 보려고 했으나 저주의 운명에서 벗어나지 못한 것입니다. ‘나’와 돈과 성공을 우상으로 섬기며 이를 위해 도움받고자 다른 우상들을 만들어 섬겨 온 것입니다.

피 제사를 통해 그리스도를 구주로 모시고 임마누엘(하나님이 우리와 함께하심)을 누리는 언약 백성의 여정은 끊임없이 우상 숭배하는 불신 그룹들에 의해 방해받아왔던게 세계 역사의 흐름입니다. 노아 홍수 이후에도 바벨탑부터 시작해서 로마 시대를 거쳐 오늘날까지 일어난 것이 큰 우상을 만드는 것이었습니다. 공산당도 거대한 우상이요 그들의 군대도 마피아 수만 개를 모아놓은 것과 같은 우상 조직입니다. 또한 거대한 정치꾼들과 재벌들, 거대한 미디어 그룹들이 모인 글로발리스트들도 어마어마한 우상 조직이 되어 전 세계에 큰 영향을 행사하고 있습니다. 그런 상태에서 세계 각국에서 선거 사기로 국권을 장악하려는 움직임이 퍼지며 흑암 혼돈 공허가 만연되어 있습니다. 

 

3. 이 와중에 각 교회들도 서로 나뉘어 갈등하고 있습니다.

로마의 박해 속에도 지하 묘지인 카타콤에서 예배는 드려졌었습니다. 일제의 신사참배 강요와 핍박 속에서도 예배는 드려왔었습니다. 육이오 전쟁 때도 예배는 끊어지지 않았고 현재 중국과 북한에 남아있는 지하교회에서도 예배는 드려지고 있습니다. 그런데 세계에서 가장 중요한 영적 사명의 바통을 받은 한국 교회가 어찌 된 일인지 갈등과 분열속에 약해져가고 있는 것 같습니다. 

교회가 존재하는 이유가 무엇입니까? 사람이 인생을 사는 목적이 무엇입니까? 성경은 확실히 밝힙니다. 아담과 함께 원죄 아래 빠져 영원한 지옥 형벌을 선고 받은 게 모든 사람의 문제입니다. 하나님은 우리를 사랑하사 그리스도를 통해 사면복권 받아 운명을 바꾸고 상급 받을 기회로 각 사람에게 정해진 시대와 지역에서 육신의 삶을 살게 하신 것입니다. 단 한 번 주어진 기회를 허송하고 돌아가시는 분들은 영원한 지옥 형벌이 집행됩니다. 누구든 이 세상에 올 때 빈손으로 왔다가 빈손으로 돌아가시는 것입니다. 그러나 왔다가 돌아가시기 전에 그리스도 붙들면 사면복권 받아 하나님의 형상이 회복되고, 하나님의 자녀 된 신분과 권세가 회복되며, 그리스도의 사람으로 성장하게 됩니다. 또한 하나님의 구원 사역에 동역자로 쓰임 받으면 영원한 면류관을 머리에 쓰고 돌아가셔서 천성에 입성하시는 것입니다. 

‘나’중심, 돈 중심, 성공중심 속에 쌓는 우상 숭배에 사탄의 역사가 일어나기 때문에 성경에서는 하지 말라는 것입니다. 여기에 악한 영들이 임하여 사람이 그리스도께 나아가는 길을 막기 때문입니다. 그래서 하나님께서 우리에게 주신 권세가 누가복음 10:19절입니다. “내가 너희에게 뱀과 전갈을 밟으며 원수의 모든 능력을 제어할 권세를 주었으니 너희를 해할 자가 결단코 없으리라”. 이 땅의 교회는 천국 보좌의 파수꾼입니다.

Why Does the Church Exist?

 

A few years ago, an earthquake occurred in the Indian Ocean, causing a large tsunami and killing tens of thousands of people. Also, a few years later, in Japan, many people lost their lives and property due to a tsunami caused by a large earthquake. But what was surprising was that after the disasters, there were many human bodies found, but there were no wild animal bodies. This is because wild animals feel the vibrations of earthquakes in advance and prepare for them. Although humans may seem wise and smart, there are many ways in which they are inferior to animals. Animals move before an earthquake occurs. People only believe in what they can see, focusing on “me”, and then they suffer great disaster and perish. 

Animals are each created according to their kind, but they live as God the Creator wants. However, people who were created in the image of God are struggling because they insist on their own image and are bound by their own thoughts, their own interests, and their own stubbornness. The Korean President is imprisoned by people suspected of having carried out election fraud for a long time, and Korea is in chaos. Now, what should we do at this time? The answer is simple. Just do what God wants most.

 

1. What does God want most?

It is clearly written in the Bible. If we look at the contents of Genesis, the most important book in the Bible, especially chapters 1 to 3, we can easily see what God wants most. God created man in the image of God and created him as a being who would share God's glory and live forever. The first man lived in the Garden of Eden. At this time, there was only one thing God wanted: to keep the creation covenant (the covenant of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil) and to live in God's love. However, by holding on to the devil's lies and rebelling against God, man was sentenced to eternal punishment in hell. Nevertheless, God loved us and established the covenant, “I will save you through Christ (Genesis 3:15).” Anyone who believe in the covenant of Christ, make a blood sacrifice with that confession, and accept Christ as their Lord and Savior will enjoy the blessings of being with God. After the event in Genesis 3, what God wants for all of us is to be saved through Christ and be with God.

 

2. So what is the biggest problem on Earth right now?

As one tries to do what God wants most, what has been the biggest problem from the time of Adam until now? It was the work of the devil to slightly change the covenant of Christ. At the worship meeting led by Pastor Adam, Abel offered the firstborn of his sheep as a blood sacrifice, but Cain pushed aside the blood sacrifice and came only with the produce of the ground (fruits and vegetables) as a thanks offering.

If you ignore the fact that “without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness of sins” and come before God in your own name in the state of original sin centered on “me”, you will be even more cursed and plagued. It got so bad that he stoned his younger brother Abel to death. Cain was deceived by the devil and tried to live a good life by holding on to the idol called “me”, but he could not escape the fate of the curse. He had worshiped “me”, money, and success as idols and created and served other idols in order to receive help.

The flow of world history is the journey of the covenant people to receive Christ as their Lord and Savior and enjoy Immanuel (God with us) through blood sacrifice being constantly interrupted by unbelieving groups that worship idols. Even after Noah's Flood, starting from the Tower of Babel, through the Roman era, and up until today, the creation of large idols has occurred. The Communist Party is also a huge idol, and its military is also an idol organization not unlike tens of thousands of mafias. In addition, the Globalists, a group of huge politicians, conglomerates, and huge media groups, have become an enormous idol organization and are exerting great influence on the whole world. In such a situation, movements to seize national power through election fraud are spreading around the world, and darkness, chaos and emptiness are widespread.

 

3. In the midst of this, each church is also divided and in conflict.

Even during Roman persecution, worship was held in the catacombs, underground graves. Even though Japanese colonial rule forced and persecuted Koreans to bow down to Shinto shrines, Koreans continued to worship. Worship services did not stop even during the Korean War, and worship services are currently held in underground churches that remain in China and North Korea. However, the Korean church, which has received the baton of the world's most important spiritual mission, somehow seems to be weakening amid conflict and division.

Why does the church exist? What is the purpose of a person's life? The Bible makes it clear. The problem of all people is that they fell under original sin along with Adam and were sentenced to eternal punishment in hell. God loves us and has given us the opportunity to change our fate and receive rewards through pardon and restoration through Christ as each person lives his or her physical life in a designated era and region. Those who waste the once given opportunity and die will be punished in eternal hell. When anyone comes into this world, they come empty-handed and die empty-handed. However, if you hold on to Christ before you die, you will receive pardon and restoration, the image of God will be restored, your status and authority as a child of God will be restored, and you will grow into a person of Christ. Also, if you are used as a co-worker in God's work of salvation, you will die and enter heaven with an eternal crown on your head.

 The Bible tells us not to worship idols of being “me-centered”, money-centered, and success-centered, because the work of Satan takes place through that. This is because evil spirits come through those idols and block people’s path to Christ. So the authority that God has given us is Luke 10:19. “I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.” The church on this earth is the watchman of the throne of heaven.
