사람은 관심이 어디를 향해 있느냐에 따라 관심이 가 있는 것들이 보이고, 들리고, 붙들어지게 되어 있습니다. 그러면서 주로 관심을 두고 있는 분야에 자주 집착하게 되면 두뇌에 각인되며 중독상태에 빠져들어 갑니다. 술, 담배, 오락, 도박, 마약, 등에 중독되면 거기에 잡혀 자신과 가정을 망치게 되는 일이 많습니다. 사람에게는 육신의 삶을 사는 기간이 단 한 번 주어지는 구원받을 기회인데, 세상의 이런저런 일에 휘말리어 살아가다 보면 뭔가에 중독되어 묶이게 됩니다. 그래서 사람은 청소년기에 “인생은 무엇이며, 나는 누구인가? 내가 가야 할 길은 어떤 길일까?”에 대하여 사색하는 기간이 마지막 기회일 수도 있습니다. 그 기간에 뭔가 답을 얻지 못하면 육신과 세상에 얽혀 꽁꽁 묶이고 중독되어 가기 때문입니다.

 

1. 본래 모든 인간은 하나님의 형상으로 창조되었습니다.

하나님의 형상으로 창조된 모든 사람의 혼(마음, 생각)은 창조주 하나님의 성소였고, 성소의 중심은 하나님께서 내주하시는 지성소입니다. 지성소 안에 하나님의 언약이 모셔져 있으면 천국 보좌와 직통 됩니다. 휴대전화기에 칩이 꽂혀 있으면 통신 시스템이 연결되는 것과 비슷한 이치입니다. 이것이 본래 인간의 근본 모습이며 이를 하나님의 형상이라 합니다(창세기1:27). 주어진 일은 만물을 다스리고 정복하며 에덴동산과 같은 낙원을 건설하여 후대를 키우는 일이었습니다. 그런데 첫사람 아담과 함께 모든 사람이 천국 보좌와 직통 되는 선악과의 언약을 깨트려버리고, 대신 마귀의 거짓 언약을 붙들고 하나님께 반역을 저지르게 된 것입니다. 모든 사람의 대표인 아담이 하나님의 언약을 파기하는 순간 모든 사람은 하나님과의 관계가 단절되고 영원한 지옥 형벌을 선고받았고 죽기를 두려워하여 평생을 종노릇하며 살게 된 것입니다. 그러나 우리에게 허용하신 자유의지가 잘못 사용될 수 있음을 아셨던 하나님은 둘째 아담인 그리스도를 통해 믿는 우리를 구원하시겠다는 새 언약(창3:15)을 세워주셨습니다.

 

2. 사실상 구원의 복음은 영원 전부터의 약속입니다.

하나님의 형상으로 피조된 사람의 가장 참혹한 결과는 원죄로 인하여 하나님의 성령이 지성소를 떠나시고, 속였던 마귀가 사람의 혼을 차지한 것입니다. 그러나 삼위일체 하나님은 예수그리스도를 통하여 이 ‘지성소’를 회복시키시고, 다시 임하사 영원히 거하실 새 언약을 세워주셨습니다. 회복된 지성소는 다른 어떤 피조물도 침입할 수 없습니다. 오직 그리스도만이 성전을 정결케 하시고 지성소에 임하실 수 있습니다. 그래서 구원받을 수 있는 한 가지 조건은 우리 각 사람이 내가 나의 주인되어 사는 것을 회개하고, 예수그리스도를 구주로 영접할 때만 성 삼위 하나님께서 임하시는 성전으로 회복되는 것입니다. 그래서 성육신, 십자가, 부활을 통해 구원 사역을 다 이루신 예수그리스도께서 계시록 3:20절과 같이 우리 각 사람의 마음의 문을 두드리시는 것입니다. 이를 복음이라 하며 아담으로부터 모든 각 사람은 이 복음 받아 새 생명을 얻으며 복음 전하는 자로 살면서 후대를 복음 전도자로 세우고 돌아가시는 것입니다. 이 복음을 듣고 여자의 후손 그리스도를 각 사람의 혼(마음, 생각)에 구주로 영접하면 주의 성령께서 지성소에 임하사 내주, 인도, 역사하시는 것입니다.

 

3. 하나님과 항상 함께하는 사람이 참 그리스도인입니다.

우리가 하나님의 은혜로 예수그리스도를 믿고 거듭나지 못했다면, 세례를 받고 성찬식에 참여하고 할례까지 받고 교회에 출석하며 종교 생활하는 것은 아무 의미가 없습니다. 그러므로 “무릇 지킬 만한 것보다 더욱 네 마음을 지키라”(잠언 4:23)는 말씀은 단순히 지혜로운 격언이 아닙니다. 이것은 우리를 지극히 사랑하시는 하나님께서 주시는 엄숙한 명령입니다.

하나님의 형상대로 지어진 사람의 혼(마음, 생각)은 하나님의 성소라는 사실을 명심하시기 바랍니다. 그 성소에서 하나님과 내가 교제하며, 성소(혼)의 지성소에는 주 예수그리스도께서 좌정하시며, 나 자신은 천국 보좌와 직결되어있는 어마어마한 존재가 되는 것입니다. 그래서 믿는 우리에게 “너희 눈과 마음(관심)을 히브리서 3:1절과 12:3절과 같이 주님께 고정(Fix)시키라”는 것입니다. 

 

그렇다면 세상에 사는 동안 우리의 마음, 생각을 어떻게 지킬 것인가는 대단히 중요한 과제입니다. 세상 끝날까지는 아담에게 사기를 쳐서 빼앗은 왕권이 사탄의 무리에게 있습니다. 사탄의 사망 권세를 꺾으신 주 예수그리스도 안에서 주의 이름으로 사는 그리스도인들을 제외하고는 나머지 모든 인간에게 사탄은 세상 임금 노릇을 하고 있습니다. 사탄의 무리는 인간들을 복음과 반대되는 쪽으로 인도하기 위해 별의별 세상 지식과 방법을 총동원하여 속이며 거짓 교사들을 사용하고 있습니다. 그래서 사람들의 관심을 나 중심, 돈 중심, 성공중심, 쾌락 중심 등으로 집착케 합니다. 그러므로 구원받아 하나님과 동행하는 성도들은 교회 강단을 통해 주시는 말씀 붙들고, 서로 교제하며, 주님과 서로 한 몸임을 확인하는 성만찬과 기도에 전혀 힘쓰는 삶으로 들어가야 합니다(사도행전 2:42절). 그리스도인들이 육신의 삶을 예전처럼 나 중심으로 살면 다양한 일들과 사회적 활동을 통해 세상 풍속의 흐름 속으로 정신없이 빠져들어 갈 수밖에 없습니다. 그래서 성경은 “그런즉 너희가 먹든지 마시든지 무엇을 하든지 다 하나님의 영광을 위하여 하라”(고전 10:31), “무엇을 하든지 말에나 일에나 다 주 예수의 이름으로 하고 그를 힘입어 하나님 아버지께 감사하라”(골 3:17)고 명하십니다.

Eternal Events Are Determined by What Is Engraved on the Tablets of Our Hearts.

 

Depending on where a person's interest is directed, the things they are interested in are seen, heard, and captured. At the same time, if you often become obsessed with the field you are primarily interested in, it will be imprinted on your brain and you will fall into a state of addiction. If you are addicted to alcohol, cigarettes, entertainment, gambling, drugs, etc., you often get caught up in them and ruin yourself and your family. A person's life in the flesh is a one-time opportunity to be saved, but as we get caught up in the various events of the world, we become addicted to and tied to something. So, in adolescence, a person asks, “What is life and who am I?” This period of reflection on “What path should I take?” may be the last opportunity. If you don't get an answer during that period, you will become entangled in the body and the world, tied down and addicted.

 

1. Originally, all humans were created in the image of God.

The soul (heart, thoughts) of all people created in the image of God was the sanctuary of God the Creator, and the center of the sanctuary is the Holy of Holies where God dwells. If God's covenant is enshrined in the Holy of Holies, there is direct access to the throne of heaven. It is similar to how a communication system is connected when a chip is inserted into a mobile phone. This is the fundamental appearance of humans and is called the image of God (Genesis 1:27). The task given was to rule and conquer all things, build a paradise like the Garden of Eden, and raise future generations. However, along with the first man, Adam, all people broke the covenant of the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil that led directly to the throne of heaven, and instead committed rebellion against God by holding on to the false covenant of the devil. The moment Adam, the representative of all people, broke God's covenant, everyone's relationship with God was severed, they were sentenced to eternal punishment in hell, and they were forced to live their whole lives as slaves in fear of death. However, God, who knew that the free will He granted us could be misused, established a new covenant (Genesis 3:15) to save us believers through Christ, the second Adam.

 

2. In fact, the gospel of salvation is a promise from eternity.

The most terrible result for humans, who were created in the image of God, was that the Holy Spirit of God left the Most Holy Place due to original sin, and the liar devil took over the human soul. However, the Triune God restored this “Holy of Holies” through Jesus Christ and came again to establish a new covenant to live forever. The restored Holy of Holies cannot be invaded by any other creature. Only Christ can purify the temple and enter the Holy of Holies. So, one condition for salvation is that we can be restored to the temple where the Holy Trinity comes only when each of us repent of living as our own master and accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. That is why Jesus Christ, who completed the work of salvation through the incarnation, crucifiction, and resurrection, knocks on the door of each of our hearts, as in Revelation 3:20. This is called the gospel, and everyone from Adam receives this gospel, gains new life, lives as a preacher of the gospel, and passes away raising future generations as evangelists of the gospel. When each person hears this gospel and accepts Christ, the offspring of woman, as the Lord and Savior in their soul (heart, mind), the Holy Spirit of the Lord comes to the Most Holy Place and indwells, guides, and works.

 

3. A person who is always with God is a true Christian.

If we have not been born again by believing in Jesus Christ by the grace of God, there is no meaning in being baptized, participating in the Holy Communion, being circumcised, attending church, and leading a religious life. Therefore, “Guard your heart above all else (Proverbs 4:23)” is not simply a wise saying. This is a solemn command from God who loves us so much.

Please keep in mind that the soul (heart, thoughts) of man, created in the image of God, is God's sanctuary. In that sanctuary, I fellowship with God, the Lord Jesus Christ sits in the most holy part of the sanctuary (soul), and I myself become a tremendous being directly connected to the throne of heaven. That is why, as believers, we are told, “Fix your eyes and hearts (attention) on the Lord” as Hebrews 3:1 and 12:3 say.

 

Then, how to protect our hearts and thoughts while living in this world is a very important task. Until the end of the world, the kingdom of Satan, which was taken from Adam by fraud, will remain in the hands of Satan. Except for Christians who live in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, who broke Satan's power of death, Satan is the king of the world to all human beings. Satan's group is using all kinds of worldly knowledge and methods to deceive and use false teachers to lead people in a direction opposite to the gospel. So, people's attention becomes obsessed with self-centeredness, money-centeredness, success-centeredness, pleasure-centeredness, etc. Therefore, believers who are saved and walk with God must enter a life of holding on to the Word given through the church pulpit, fellowshipping with one another, and focusing on the Holy Communion and prayer to confirm that they are one body with the Lord (Acts 2:42). If Christians live their physical lives centered around themselves as before, they have no choice but to become absorbed in the flow of worldly customs through various things and social activities. So the Bible commands, “So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God (1 Corinthians 10:31).” And “And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him (Colossians 3:17).”
