말세의 환란은 인류 구원을 위함입니다.

 

말세에 여러 환난이 예언되어 있으나 전염병으로 인하여 죽는 자들이 많을 것입니다. 인류 역사에서 치명타를 가한 전염병은 장티푸스(Typhoid), 콜레라(Cholera), 페스트(PESTE) 등이 있습니다. 최근에는 에이즈(ADIS), 에볼라(Ebola), 사스(SARS), 메르스(MERS), 코로나(COVID19) 등이 있습니다. 과거 중세 때 일어난 페스트가 발생했을 때는 유럽 인구 3분의 1가량인 2,500만 명이 죽었다고 합니다. 말세에 전쟁, 기근, 자연재해를 비롯한 전염병이 점점 극심해질 것입니다. 그러나 이 모든 환란은 인류 구원을 위해 하나님께서 주관하시기 때문에 사람들에게 겁을 주며 자기 이득을 챙기고자 하는 거짓 이단들에게 속지 않도록 각별히 주의해야 합니다.

 

1. 모든 사람에게 영원한 지옥 형벌이 선고된 원인

아담과 함께 모든 사람이 하나님의 말씀을 어기고 반역죄를 범한 이후 그들이 가장 먼저 잃어버린 것은 바로 예배의 감격이었습니다. 하나님의 영광 속에 함께 거하는 축복을 잃어버린 것입니다. 하나님과 함께하는 친밀한 교재의 축복을 잃어버리고 두려움을 갖게 된 것입니다. 하나님과 친근히 교제를 나누며 예배드리는 감격이 사라지게 되고, 하나님을 만나는 것이 부담스럽고 두렵게 된 것입니다. 하나님께서 “정녕 죽으리라”라고 하신 말씀은 바로 이 예배의 감격을 잃어버리고 영원한 지옥 형벌이 선고되는 것을 의미했습니다. 

나 중심, 돈 중심, 세상 중심에 빠져있는 것은 영원한 지옥 형벌을 선고받은 원죄의 증거입니다. 나는 내 것이 아니라는 말을 성경의 첫권인 창세기 1장을 통해 이해하지 못하면 “나는 누구인가”도 모르고 사는 무식한 자일 수밖에 없습니다. 선고받은 영원한 지옥 형벌의 집행 유예기간으로 주어진 것이 단 한 번의 인생입니다. 이런 인생을 살면서 사면복권 받을 수 있는 길과 기회가 주어졌는데도 모르고 산다면 가장 무식하고 불쌍한 삶이 되는 것입니다. 하나님께서는 우리를 사랑하사 그리스도를 통해 모든 문제 해결 받을 수 있는 언약을 아담 때부터 세워주신 것입니다.

 

2. 원죄와 자범죄를 사면 복권 받을 수 있는 길

모든 사람의 원죄와 자범죄를 사면복권 받을 수 있는 유일한 구원의 길인 ‘그리스도 언약’은 창세기 3장에 기록되어 있습니다. 구약성경은 오실 그리스도를 구주로 영접하여 모시고 구원받았던 시대요, 신약성경은 오셔서 구원 사역을 완성하신 그리스도를 구주로 영접하여 모시고 구원받는 시대입니다. 지금 우리는 지구 종말을 가까이에 두고 그리스도의 재림을 기다리며 사는 시대를 살고 있습니다. 

세상의 환란과 고통의 문제는 원죄 이후에 구원의 길로 잘 들어설 수 있도록 주어지는 당연한 일이라는 것을 명심해야 합니다. 사람들은 날이 갈수록 강퍅해지며 그리스도 언약보다는 흑암 세상과 거짓에 길들여집니다. 그러다가 말세지말에는 복음 붙든 교회마저 예배의 감격을 잃고 전도와 선교의 축복을 놓치기 쉽습니다. 예수 그리스도를 구주로 모시고 믿는 자들에게는 임마누엘의 축복을 누리는 예배보다 감격스럽고 행복한 일은 없습니다. 그런데 이보다 세상 복락에 집착하게 되면 환란이 덮치게 됩니다. 고통을 주시며 즐기는 하나님이 아니라 자녀들을 사랑 안으로 모아들이는 채찍인 것입니다.

 

3. 환란이 주어지는 이유를 잘 알아야 합니다.

모든 고통과 문제와 환란은 만물의 영장인 사람이 하나님께 반역하여 창조 질서를 깨버린 뒤부터 시작되었습니다. 수많은 문제의 파도가 넘실대는 세상 바다에는 구원의 방주가 등대처럼 떠 있습니다. 각 사람은 각기에게 주어진 시대와 지역에서 육신의 삶을 부여받아 한 번뿐인 인생을 살다가 돌아가시는 것입니다. 이 기간에 구원의 방주이신 그리스도 안으로 들어가 그리스도의 사람이 되면 사면 복권 받아 새 하늘 새 땅인 천국 본향의 영생으로 돌아가시게 됩니다. 그러나 세상은 점점 나 중심, 돈 중심, 성공 중심이 강해지며 영적으로 점점 더 강퍅해져 가기 때문에 말세지말이 될수록 심각해집니다. 그래서 잘못되고 망하는 길에서 벗어나 복음 받을 수 있도록 환란과 고통을 허용하시는 것입니다. 성부 하나님께서는 말세에 반드시 속히 될 일들을 기록하여 성자 하나님이신 예수 그리스도께 집행토록 맡기셨습니다. 그 내용이 요한계시록에 기록돼 있습니다. 1세기를 사는 사도 요한에게 말세의 일을 보이시고 기록케 하신 것이기 때문에 확실하게 해석하기가 쉽지는 않습니다. 그러나 성경 전체에 기록된 내용들과 일치하기 때문에 기도하며 잘 인도받을 수 있습니다.

 

오직 말세에 될 일들을 기록한 두루마리를 취하신 어린 양 예수 그리스도께서만이 하나님의 계획을 여시고 이뤄나가실 것입니다. 말세에 될 모든 일을 주관하실 어린 양 그리스도의 실체가 밝혀지며 장엄한 찬양이 울려 퍼졌습니다. 보좌 앞의 네 생물과 이십사 장로, 천천만만의 천사들, 그리고 모든 만물이 1부, 2부, 3부, 4부로 다 함께 어린 양되신 예수 그리스도를 찬양하기 시작했습니다. 이 장엄한 찬양 속에 말세에 될 일들이 이뤄져 나갈 것입니다. 우리도 찬양하며 재림을 기다리는 중에 전도와 선교에 힘쓰는 삶을 살아야겠지요. 그 예수께서 우리 믿는 자들과 항상 함께하시기 때문에 앞으로 될 일들에 관해 불안해하거나 아는 체하며 혹세무민할 이유가 없습니다. 믿는 우리는 단지 속한 교회를 통해 주님이 주시는 말씀 붙들고 주님께 집중하며 언약의 여정을 인도받으면 됩니다. 가는 길에 주변에 있는 갈급한 자, 충성된 자, 사명자들을 만나 세워주는 일에 주님의 동역자로 쓰임 받는 것이 최고로 복된 일입니다.

The Tribulation of the Last Days Is for the Salvation of Mankind.

 

Many tribulations are prophesied in the last days, and many will die from epidemics. Infectious diseases that have dealt fatal blows in human history include typhoid, cholera, and the plague. Recently, there have been AIDS, Ebola, SARS, MERS, and COVID19. It is said that when the plague occurred in the Middle Ages, about 25 million people, or one-third of the European population, died. In the last days, epidemics, wars, famines, and natural disasters will become increasingly severe. However, since all these tribulations are being planned by God for the salvation of mankind, we must be especially careful not to be deceived by false heretics who seek to scare people and make a profit for themselves.

 

1. The reason why everyone is sentenced to eternal punishment of hell

After Adam and all others disobeyed God’s Word and committed the sin of rebellion, the first thing they lost was the thrill of worship. They lost the blessing of dwelling together in God’s glory. They lost the blessing of intimate fellowship with God and became afraid. The thrill of worshiping God and having intimate fellowship with Him disappeared, and meeting Him became burdensome and fearful. When God said, “You will surely die,” it meant losing this thrill of worship and being sentenced to eternal punishment of hell.

Being centered on oneself, money, and the world is evidence of the original sin that sentenced us to eternal hell punishment. If we do not understand the words “I am not mine” through Genesis 1, the first book of the Bible, we cannot help but be ignorant and live without knowing “who I am.” We are given only one life as a reprieve from the eternal hell punishment we have been sentenced to. If we live this life without knowing that we are given the way and opportunity to be pardoned and restored to our rights, then we will live the most ignorant and pitiful lives. God loves us and established a covenant since the time of Adam that can solve all our problems through Christ.

 

2. The way to be forgiven of original sin and personal sins and be restored to life

The only way to salvation that can forgive and restore the original sin and personal sins of all people, the “Christ Covenant,” is recorded in Genesis 3. The Old Testament is the era in which people received and served the Christ who was to come as the Savior and were saved, and the New Testament is the era in which we receive and serve the Christ who came and completed the work of salvation as our Lord and Savior and are saved. Now, we live in an era in which we await the second coming of Christ, with the end of the world near. 

We must keep in mind that the problems of worldly tribulation and suffering are natural things that are given to us after the original sin so that we can enter the path of salvation. People become more stubborn day by day and are tamed by the world of darkness and lies rather than the covenant of Christ. Then, in the end times, even churches that hold onto the gospel can easily lose the excitement of worship and miss the blessings of evangelism and missions. For those who believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, there is nothing more exciting and happy than worship where they enjoy the blessings of Immanuel. However, if they become more obsessed with worldly pleasures, tribulation will overtake them. God is not a God who enjoys giving pain, but the tribulations are a whip that gathers children into love.

 

3. You must well know why tribulation is given. 

All suffering, problems, and tribulation began when man, “the lord of all creation,” rebelled against God and broke the order of creation. In the sea of ​​the world, which is surging with countless waves of problems, the ark of salvation floats like a lighthouse. Each person is given a physical life in the time and region given to him/her, and lives only one life before returning. During this period, if you enter Christ, the ark of salvation, and become a person of Christ, you will receive pardon and return to the eternal life of the new heaven and new earth, the heavenly homeland. However, the world is becoming more self-centered, money-centered, and success-centered, and spiritually more and more hardened, so the end times are becoming more serious. That is why God allows tribulation and suffering so that we can escape from the wrong and ruinous path and receive the gospel. God the Father recorded the things that must happen in the end times and entrusted them to Jesus Christ, the Son of God, to execute. The contents are recorded in the Book of Revelation. Since it was shown to the Apostle John, who lived in the first century, and recorded the things of the end times, it is not easy to interpret it with certainty. However, since it is consistent with what is written throughout the Bible, we can pray and be well guided.

 

Only the Lamb Jesus Christ, who took the scroll that records the things that will happen in the last days, will open and carry out God's plan. The reality of the Lamb—Christ, who will preside over all things that will happen in the last days, was revealed and a majestic praise rang out. The four living creatures before the throne, the twenty-four elders, the myriad angels, and all things began to praise the Lamb, Jesus Christ, together in parts 1, 2, 3, and 4. The things that will happen in the last days will be accomplished in this majestic praise. We too must live a life of praise and awaiting the second coming, striving for evangelism and missions. Since Jesus is always with us believers, there is no reason to be anxious or to pretend to know or be arrogant about what will happen in the future. As believers, we just need to hold on to the Word the Lord gives us through the church we belong to, focus on the Lord, and be guided on the journey of the covenant. It is the greatest blessing to be used as a co-worker of the Lord in meeting and raising up the thirsty, trustworthy, and committed around us on the way.
