참된 그리스도인의 축복을 누리라 

 

  

  사람은 창조주 하나님과 직결된 만물의 영장으로 지어진 존재라는 사실을 성경이 가장 먼저 밝히고 있습니다. 하나님의 천국 보물 제1호로 사람을 하나님의 성전으로 지으신 것입니다. 그런데 아담과 함께 모든 사람이 천보 1호인 자신을 찬탈하여 주인 되어 버린 것이 원죄요, 그로 인하여 영원한 지옥 형벌이 선고됐다는 사실을 잘 알아야 합니다. 그런데 ‘나 중심의 인생이 원죄의 결과’라는 사실을 기독교마저 잘 말하지 않고 있습니다. 그 결과 기독교가 복음과 생명이 아니라 종교화되어가고 있는 것입니다.

모든 사람이 하나님께 반역하여 묶여있는 나 중심의 습관과 버릇은 참 무섭습니다. 왜냐하면 아주 익숙하고 늘 몸에 배어있기 때문입니다. 나 중심의 죄가 무서운 것은 그 죄를 제어할 힘이 우리에게 없으며 그것이 인간을 속인 마귀의 올무이기 때문입니다.

 

1. 창조주 하나님 앞에서 항상 자신의 영적 상태를 점검해야 합니다.

첫째는 내가 나의 주인이 되어 사는 것이 원죄의 가장 확실한 증거임을 깨닫고 회개하는 것이 중요합니다. 하나님께서는 모든 만물을 자유재로 주셨는데, 내가 나의 주인이 되어 설치는 인간들은 그걸 많이 차지하여 주인 노릇을 하며(이사야 5:7절) 약한 이웃들을 맷돌질하여 우려먹는 것을 법제화 시켜놓았습니다. 물론 아담과 함께 모든 사람이 하나님께 반역하여 창조 질서를 깨트려버린 이후에 만물은 사람(아담)으로 인하여 저주를 받고 고통 속에 빠져버렸습니다(창세기 3장 17절). 이런 상황 속에서 가인처럼 많은 땅을 차지하여 에녹 성을 쌓고 살면 저주와 재앙은 더더욱 가중되어 자손 대대로 내려가게 되어 있습니다. 원죄 위에 조상의 죄와 자범죄에 묶여 세상 풍속을 좇고 세상 임금 마귀를 따라 살다가 영원한 지옥 형벌 속으로 빠질 수밖에 없는 게 인생입니다. 그러나 우리를 사랑하시는 하나님께서는 아담과 함께 모든 사람에게 남자의 씨로 태어날 사람이 아닌 동정녀를 통해 사람이 되어 오실 그리스도께서 우리를 구원해 주실 것을 새로운 언약으로 세워 주셨습니다.

 

2. 그리스도를 구주로 영접하여 모시면 사면복권 받습니다.

모든 성경은 그리스도를 통해 인간의 모든 문제를 해결해 주시고 구원하사 하나님의 형상을 회복시켜 주시겠다는 약속입니다. 복음을 전해 듣고 예수그리스도를 주님으로 모셨다면 그때부터 나는 더 이상 나의 주인이 아니라 예수그리스도께서 나의 주시오 하나님이 되사 내 안에 거하시는 것입니다. 그러면 새 생명 얻은 자로서 당연히 주께서 교회를 통해 내게 주시는 하나님의 말씀을 받아먹으며 사는 삶이 시작된 것입니다. 그런데 주님께서는 내게 주시는 말씀을 통해 믿는 각 사람을 주관하시며 인도하시는데도 주시는 말씀에 별 관심이 없는 교인들이 많습니다. 그런 사람은 아무리 교회를 열심히 다니더라도 하나님과 전혀 상관이 없는 나 중심의 종교인의 자리에 있다는 사실을 알아야 합니다. 이런 분들은 당연히 서로 사랑하라고 말씀하신 대로 이웃 사랑의 삶을 사는 게 쉽지 않습니다. 이웃을 위해 기도해주며 누구든 이해하고 수용하며 용서하면서 사랑하는 삶이 되고 있습니까? 예수님께서는 예물을 제단에 드리는 것보다 주변 형제와의 화목이 더 중요함을 가르치셨습니다.

 

3. 참된 그리스도인의 정의

참된 그리스도인은 먼저 ‘나 중심의 인생을 회개하고 그리스도를 구주로 영접하여 하나님의 자녀 된 사람’입니다. 그리스도를 구주로 모시고 하나님의 자녀 된 사람은 교회를 통해 주시는 말씀을 갓난아이가 젖을 사모하는 것처럼 갈망하고 붙들고 순종합니다. 

또한 그리스도인은 자신이 하나님의 성전으로 회복되어(고린도전서 3:16) ‘천국 보좌 안에서 사는 사람’입니다. 보좌 안에 있는 사람은 곧 하나님 안에 사는 자이고, 하나님과 사랑의 교제를 누리며 사는 사람입니다. 하나님과 사랑의 교제를 누리는 사람은 자연스럽게 이웃을 사랑하는 삶으로 이어집니다. 그런데 문제는 오늘날의 기독교회는 대부분 이 기본이 거의 잊혀져버린 삶이 되어버렸고 나 중심이 더욱 강해져 가는 것이 심각한 문제입니다.

 

사람이 예수그리스도를 구주로 영접하여 모신다면 그것은 영구불변하는 실제상황이 됩니다. 그런데 그리스도 예수님을 구주로 영접하여 모시는 것을 단순히 영접 기도를 따라 한 것으로 끝나는 지식적인 동의나 교회 회원 입문의 과정으로 여기는 분들이 많아진 것입니다. 예수그리스도를 구주로 영접한 것은 예수님을 머리 되신 주님으로 모시고 몸 된 교회가 되어 한 몸으로 사는 것입니다. 구주로 모신 이후 영원한 새 생명을 얻었기 때문에 계속해서 주께서 교회를 통해 주시는 말씀 붙들고 따르는 삶을 살면서 성장하는 것입니다. 신앙은 단순히 지식을 추구하는 것이 아닙니다. 신앙이 지식을 추구하는 위험에서 벗어나려면, 신앙의 본질인 그리스도와 한 몸 되어 하나님과의 사귐 속으로 들어가야 합니다. 우리의 신앙은 말이 아니라 하나님과 항상 함께하는 사귐과 순종의 삶인 것입니다. 그래서 주님 안에 산다는 것은 곧 보좌 중심의 삶을 말합니다. 나 중심의 종교 생활에서 벗어나 그리스도 중심의 삶 속으로 들어와 하나님 사랑 이웃 사랑의 축복 속에 사시기를 바랍니다.

Enjoy the Blessings of a True Christian 

 

 

 The Bible is the first to reveal that humans are created as the crown of all creation, directly connected to God the Creator. God built humans as His temple, as His first treasure in heaven. However, it is important to be aware that the original sin is that all people, along with Adam, seized themselves, God's treasure number one, and became masters, and that the fact that eternal hell was sentenced because of this. Yet, even Christianity struggles to clearly articulate that 'a life centered on the self is a consequence of original sin.' Consequently, Christianity is trending towards becoming a mere religion, rather than the Gospel and true life.

The self-centered habits and behaviors that bind all people who have rebelled against God are truly frightening, because they are so familiar and ingrained. The scary thing about the sin of self-centeredness is that we do not have the power to control it, and it is the snare of the devil who deceived mankind.

 

1. You must always check your spiritual state before God the Creator.

First, it is important to realize that living with oneself as one's own master is the most certain proof of original sin, and to repent. God gave all things freely, but humans, who become their own masters and act up, occupy much of it and act as masters (Isaiah 5:7), and have legalized grinding down weak neighbors and taking advantage of them. Of course, after all people rebelled against God along with Adam and broke the order of creation, all things were cursed and plunged into suffering because of man (Adam) (Genesis 3:17). In this situation, if you occupy a lot of land like Cain and build and live in the city of Enoch, the curse and disaster will be further aggravated and passed down through the generations. Bound by ancestral sins and self-committed sins on top of original sin, following the customs of the world and following the ruler of this world, the devil, life has no choice but to fall into eternal punishment of hell. However, God, who loves us, established a new covenant with all people along with Adam that Christ, who would come as a man through a virgin, not a man born of a male seed, would save us.

 

2. If you accept and receive Christ as Lord and Savior, you receive amnesty and restoration.

All of the Bible is a promise that through Christ, God will solve all of mankind's problems, save them, and restore His image in us. If you have heard the Gospel and received Jesus Christ as Lord, then from that moment on, you are no longer your own master, but Jesus Christ is your Lord and becomes God and dwells in you. Then, as someone who has received new life, a life of naturally receiving and living by God's Word, which the Lord gives me through the church, begins. However, even though the Lord governs and guides each person who believes through the Word He gives him or her, there are many church members who have little interest in the Word He gives. Such a person must realize that no matter how diligently they attend church, they are in the position of a self-centered religious person who has nothing to do with God. It is naturally not easy for such people to live a life of loving their neighbors as they have been commanded. Are you living a life of praying for your neighbors, understanding, accepting, forgiving, and loving anyone and everyone? Jesus taught that reconciliation with those around you is more important than offering gifts at the altar.

 

3. Definition of a True Christian

A true Christian is first and foremost ‘a person who has repented of his self-centered life, accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior, and became a child of God.’ A person who has accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and has become a child of God longs for, holds onto, and obeys the Word given through the church as a newborn baby longs for milk. 

Also, a Christian is ‘a person who lives inside the throne of heaven’ because he has been restored as the temple of God (1 Corinthians 3:16). A person who is in the throne is a person who lives in God and lives in loving fellowship with God. A person who enjoys loving fellowship with God naturally leads to a life of loving his neighbors. However, the problem is that in today's Christian church, most of these basics have been almost forgotten, and the self-centeredness is becoming stronger, which is a serious problem.

 

If a person accepts and serves Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, that becomes a permanent, unchangeable reality. However, there are many people who regard accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior as simply an intellectual agreement that ends with following the welcoming prayer or as a process of joining a church membership. Accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior means accepting Jesus as the Lord who is the head and becoming the body, the church, and living as one body. Because you have gained eternal new life after accepting Christ as your Lord and Savior, you continue to grow by living a life of holding onto and following the Word that the Lord gives through the church. Faith is not simply the pursuit of knowledge. To avoid the risk of faith becoming mere intellectual pursuit, it is essential to be united with Christ, the very essence of faith, and to enter into a relationship of fellowship with God. Our faith is not words, but a life of fellowship and obedience that is always with God. So, living in the Lord means living a throne-centered life. I hope that you will come out of your self-centered religious life and enter into a Christ-centered life and live in the blessing of loving God and loving your neighbors.
