왜 인간은 꼭 구원받아야 합니까?

 

본래 사람은 하나님의 성전으로 창조되었기에 말씀이신 하나님을 모시고 만물을 축복하는 존재였습니다. 하나님의 성전이었던 사람은 누구나 성전 건물처럼 육신이 있고, 성소인 혼(마음, 생각)이 있으며, 하나님께서 임재하시는 지성소인 영이 있습니다. 이 상태가 제대로 유지되며 하나님의 영광속에 살던 때가 에덴동산 시절이었습니다. 그때는 하나님의 지성소인 영 안에 선악과의 언약 즉 말씀이신 하나님이 계셨습니다. 모든 것이 하나님이 보시기에 심히 좋았던 시절이었습니다.

 

1. 인간에게 발생한 치명적인 근본문제

에덴동산에서 하나님의 영광속에 살던 복된 사람에게 치명적인 근본 문제가 발생했습니다. 아담의 아내와 친했던 옛뱀을 통해 마귀의 거짓말이 접수된 것입니다. 선악과를 따 먹으면 너희가 하나님처럼 된다는 거짓이었습니다. 하나님처럼 된다는 거짓말에 속아 선악과를 범하는 순간 하나님께 반역이 되고 창조 언약의 핵심이 깨져버린 것입니다. 그때부터 인간의 지성소인 영 안에 마귀의 거짓말이 자리잡고 내가 나의 주인된 상태에서 마귀의 종이 되어버린 것입니다(요8:44, 롬 3:23).

 

2. 구원의 길이신 그리스도 언약

멸망속에 빠져버린 우리를 사랑하사 하나님께서는 모든 문제 해결해 주실 그리스도 언약을 세워 주셨습니다. 그때부터 그리스도 언약을 붙들고 믿음을 고백하는 피제사를 통해 하나님께 예배가 이뤄지게 되었습니다. 아담부터 시작하여 구약시대에는 그리스도 언약 붙들고 피 제사를 드림으로 구원의 길로 들어선 것입니다. 때가 되어 하나님께서 그리스도로 성육신하신 이후부터를 신약시대라 합니다. 하나님께서 직접 동정녀를 통해 사람이 되어 오심으로 하나님 만나는 길이 되어주시고 십자가 대속과 부활하심으로 구원의 문을 활짝 열어주셨습니다. 그리스도 언약을 믿는 믿음의 고백인 피제사를 넘어서 예수 그리스도를 구주로 모시고 한 몸 되어 사는 문이 열린 것입니다. 아담안에 있던 모든 각 사람이 육신의 삶을 사는 인생의 목적은 아담과 함께 선고받은 영원한 지옥 형벌에서 사면복권 받아 구원받을 수 있는 기회로 주어진 것입니다.

3. 지옥 자식에서 하나님의 자녀로 복귀할 수 있는 길이 열렸습니다.

창조주 하나님께서 우리에게 주신 최고의 약속은 우리가 그리스도와 한 몸 되는 것입니다. 하나님께서는 우리에게 그리스도를 구주로 영접하여서 한 몸 되게 하시고, 그리스도와 온전히 하나가 되는 일에 더욱 힘쓰며, 하나님의 구원 사역에 동역할 수 있는 기회로 남은 인생 기간을 부여하셨습니다. 이 기간 동안 교회 중심으로 하나님께서 주시는 말씀 붙들고 묵상하는 삶을 살면서 하나님과 온전한 교재를 이루며 이웃을 살리는 삶을 살 수 있게 된 것입니다. 이를 요한복음 15장에서 쉽게 설명하셨습니다. 5절부터 7절에 “나는 포도나무요 너희는 가지니 저가 내 안에, 내가 저 안에 있으면 이 사람은 과실을 많이 맺나니 나를 떠나서는 너희가 아무것도 할 수 없음이라 하셨습니다.

 

이 복된 관계속에 들어가 본래 인간의 축복과 새 하늘과 새 땅에서의 영생을 보장받는 것을 하나님의 구원이라 합니다. 이 구원의 손길을 붙드는 자에게는 영과 혼이 잘되고 육신의 삶도 강건한 축복이 임하는 것입니다.

Why Must Humans Be Saved?

 

Originally, humans were created as God's temple, existing to be the house of God, who is the Word, and to bless all things. As God's temple, every human has a body like a temple building, a soul (mind, thoughts) which is the holy place, and a spirit, the most holy place where God dwells. The time when this state was properly maintained and we lived in God's glory was the time of the Garden of Eden. At that time, the covenant of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, that is, God who is the Word, was in the spirit, which is God's most holy place. It was a time when everything was very good in God's eyes.

 

1. The Fatal Fundamental Problem That Occurred to Humans

A fatal fundamental problem occurred to the blessed human who lived in God's glory in the Garden of Eden. The devil's lies were inserted through the serpent, who was close to Adam's wife. It was a lie that if you eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you will be like God. Deceived by the lie that they would become like God, the moment they committed the sin of eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, they rebelled against God and the core of the creation covenant was broken. From that time on, the devil's lies took root in the spirit, which is the most holy place of humans, and they became slaves of the devil in a state where "I" am the master (John 8:44, Romans 3:23).

 

2. The Covenant of Christ, the Way of Salvation

Loving us who had fallen into destruction, God established the covenant of Christ, who would solve all problems. From that time on, worship was offered to God through blood sacrifices, holding onto the covenant of Christ and confessing faith. Starting with Adam, people in the Old Testament entered the way of salvation by holding onto the covenant of Christ and offering blood sacrifices. The time after God incarnated as Christ is called the New Testament era. God Himself became human through a virgin, becoming the way to meet God, and opened the door to salvation wide through His atoning death on the cross and resurrection. Beyond the blood sacrifice, which is the confession of faith in the covenant of Christ, the door has been opened to receiving Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior and living as one body with Him. The purpose of life for every individual who was in Adam and lives a physical life is to hold the opportunity to be pardoned and reinstated from the eternal hell punishment sentenced with Adam and be saved.

 

3. The Way Has Been Opened to Return from Children of Hell to Children of God.

The greatest promise that the Creator God has given us is that we become one with Christ. God has allowed us to receive Christ as our Lord and Savior, to become one with Him; and He gave us the remaining time of our lives as an opportunity to strive even more to become completely one with Christ be partners in God's saving work. If we live a life of holding onto and meditating on the Word that God gives, centered on the church during this time, we can have perfect fellowship with God and live a life that saves our neighbors. This is easily explained in John 15. From verse 5 to verse 7, "I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing."

 

Entering into this blessed relationship and being guaranteed the original blessing of humankind and eternal life in the new heaven and new earth is called God's salvation. For those who hold onto this saving hand, the blessings of well-being of the spirit and soul and strength in physical life come.
